1. Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and enter into a distance contract, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement to support@salesbot.me; include the account email, order reference, and a clear statement that you withdraw.
2. Services started during the withdrawal period
If you expressly ask us to start providing the Service before the 14-day period ends, you may owe an amount proportionate to the Service provided until you withdraw. Where the Service has been fully performed after your express prior request and acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply to the extent permitted by law.
3. Digital content
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, a statutory withdrawal right may be lost only if the legal requirements are met, including your express prior consent to supply during the withdrawal period and your acknowledgement that you lose that right. If those requirements are not met, your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Other refunds
We will consider refund requests for duplicate charges, a technical failure that materially prevents use of the paid Service, or a billing error. Contact support@salesbot.me with the account email, payment date, amount, Stripe payment reference (if available), and a description of the issue.
5. Timing and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe where possible. Processing time depends on the payment method and financial institution. We will communicate the decision and, where applicable, the refund amount by email.
6. Complaints
You may submit a complaint to support@salesbot.me. We will handle consumer complaints in accordance with applicable Polish law. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
