1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the SalesBot cloud platform (“Service”). The Service is provided by Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości “Twój StartUp” (“Provider”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. Consumers retain any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
2. The Service
SalesBot is a software-as-a-service platform for connecting communication channels, creating and managing AI agents, processing messages, and automating customer communication. Features, supported integrations, and subscription limits are shown in the account or applicable pricing page.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, and use the Service lawfully. You must not use the Service to send unlawful or unsolicited communications, infringe third-party rights, introduce malicious code, evade security controls, or process personal data without a lawful basis.
4. Subscriptions, pricing, and renewal
Subscription prices, billing periods, taxes, and included limits are displayed before checkout. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew for successive billing periods until cancelled. You may cancel renewal through your account or by contacting support before the next billing date; access remains available until the end of the paid period.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment-card details. By completing payment, you authorize Stripe to process the transaction in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy notice. See our Payment Rules.
6. Consumer withdrawal and refunds
Where you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of conclusion. If you expressly request that a service start during this period, you may be required to pay for the portion supplied before withdrawal. Any loss of a statutory withdrawal right for digital content or fully performed services applies only where all legal conditions, including the required express consent and acknowledgement, have been met. See our Refund Policy.
7. Availability, support, and changes
We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, update, or modify the Service for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons. Material changes that adversely affect a paid subscription will be communicated where required by law.
8. Data protection and AI
Each party is responsible for complying with data-protection law for the personal data it processes. You are responsible for the lawful collection and instructions relating to data you submit to the Service. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed by a human before being relied upon for material decisions.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Polish law. Subject to that rule, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data, or goodwill. The Provider’s total aggregate liability for claims connected with the Service is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the relevant Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Complaints and disputes
Please send complaints to support@salesbot.me with enough information to identify the account and issue. We will respond within 14 days where Polish consumer law requires it. A consumer may use available out-of-court complaint and redress procedures and may bring a claim before the courts having jurisdiction under mandatory law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. This choice does not deprive a consumer of protections granted by mandatory law of the consumer’s country of habitual residence. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable law.
